SQR Software offers a comprehensive support service and all our existing clients make full use of this facility. Dedicated support staff provide email and telephonic support through our help desk. In addition we make extensive use of VPN and remote connectivity to afford our software engineers direct access to client databases. This ensures problems, changes and updates are resolved immediately with little input from the client.
